Focus on strength and core

It's Monday and I just finished a 2 hr. workout and will definitely be feeling it tomorrow. I did some of my faves today;
- 30 mins of gliding
- 30 mins of TRX CORE workout
- 30 mins of Graeme's Bonus AB workout and stretch

Hey Josh,
Gliding is a trademark name for these little discs (think paper plates in a high density plastic) that you use under your feet or hands to do your workout. So squats, lunges, planks, mountain climbers (feet on discs), situps, pushups - anything you normally do but adding the dimension of instability just adds a little more difficulty.
